2.1 Reiki Services
- Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel a scheduled Reiki service, you must provide notice at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Shiva Shakti Radiance Healing: If we cancel your appointment for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
2.2 Reiki Courses
- Cancellations Prior to Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Post-Course Commencement: Refunds are not available after the course has commenced. However, if you face unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible remedies, such as transferring to a future session.
3. Process for Initiating Refunds
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
