  • Reiki services for corporate wellness, holistic practitioners, stay-at-home parents, spiritual seekers, healthcare workers, and online course enthusiasts.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Reiki Services

  • Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel a scheduled Reiki service, you must provide notice at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation by Shiva Shakti Radiance Healing: If we cancel your appointment for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2.2 Reiki Courses

  • Cancellations Prior to Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Post-Course Commencement: Refunds are not available after the course has commenced. However, if you face unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible remedies, such as transferring to a future session.

3. Process for Initiating Refunds

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Transaction ID or receipt number
    • The service or course for which you are requesting a refund
    • Reason for the refund request
  2. Review Period: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Missed appointments without prior notice.
  • Partial attendance of courses or workshops.
  • Digital content, course materials, or downloads that have been accessed or used.

5. Additional Fees

  • Refunds processed through certain payment methods (e.g., international transfers) may be subject to processing fees or exchange rate differences. Any such fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
